Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of cutebfs.com and its members area ("CuteBFS", "the site"). The site is operated by FREE SITES LIMITED, registered office: Platonos & K. Mourouzi 1, 4001 Limassol, Cyprus. By creating an account or paying for a membership you agree to them.

1. Adults only

The site contains sexually explicit material. You may only use it if you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and if viewing such material is legal where you are. By using the site you confirm that this is the case and that you do not find this material offensive.

2. Your account

• You create an account with your email address. Once your payment is confirmed we show and email you a password for the members area.
• Your account is for you alone. Do not share your login or let anyone else use your membership; we may suspend accounts that are shared or used from many places at once.
• Keep your password safe and tell us straight away at support@cutebfs.com if you think someone else has used it.

3. Membership and payment

• A membership gives access to the members area for the length of the plan you choose (for example one month or one year), starting when your payment is confirmed.
• It is a single payment. There is no subscription: nothing renews and you will never be charged again unless you choose to buy another membership.
• The price, currency and length are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
• If you buy again while a membership is still running, the new period is added after the current one.

4. Money-back guarantee and cancellation

Every first membership comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee; see our Refund Policy.

The members area is digital content supplied as soon as your payment is confirmed. If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you ask us to start supplying it straight away when you pay, and you acknowledge that you therefore lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel once access has started. Our 30-day money-back guarantee still applies, and nothing in these terms affects your other statutory rights.

5. The content

• All videos are licensed to us or owned by their producers. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable right to stream them for your own private, non-commercial viewing while it is active.
• You may not download, record, copy, re-upload, share, sell or publicly show any content, or try to get around the site's protections to do so.
• The catalogue changes over time: videos may be added or removed.
• Every person appearing in the content was 18 or older at the time it was produced; see our 2257 Statement.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the site in a way that breaks the law, harms others or the site, including scraping or automated downloading, attempting to access other members' accounts, or interfering with the site's security. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms; if we do so without you being at fault, we will refund the unused part of your membership.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the site available, but it may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your current membership. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Privacy

How we use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version shown here, with its date, applies from then on and never changes a membership you have already paid for to your disadvantage. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim there.
